About Shuting Fan
Shuting has worked as a mechanical engineer for multiple science and medical instrumentation businesses including B&W Tek and Kavo Kerr. She specializes in opto-mechanical and mechanism design and has developed a series of impressive products on the market. The mechanical design of QT Ram/Sampler that she led was nominated in the spectroscopy category for the Scientist Choice Awards.

Shuting graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. She holds certifications in Engineer in Training – Mechanical Engineering (NCEES), Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing – GDTP Technologist (ASME), Product Management (Stanford Online), and Six Sigma Green Belt (IISE).
